The Seven Stars in Kennford is a traditional country inn established in 1808. For more than two centuries, it has offered locals — and travellers heading up over Haldon Hill toward Plymouth — a place to refresh, regroup and relax.

First‑time visitors often describe our little pub as “The Tardis”: modest and unassuming from the outside, yet surprisingly spacious once you step through the curtained entrance. Inside, you’re welcomed by the glow of a cosy log burner and a wooden‑floored restaurant area that comfortably seats up to 40 diners.

Our oak bar serves a selection of ales, ciders and lagers, and is usually surrounded by friendly locals enjoying a chat. Toward the back of the pub, our lounge area offers a snug corner with sofas and armchairs, perfect for unwinding. For those feeling competitive, the games room features both a pool table and
